All classes and poses are tailored to the needs of the class attendees.
Beginners Yoga
Our Hatha and Vinyasa style classes are tailored toward beginners or those with little yoga and stretching experience.
Please bring your own mat and arrive at your first class at least 10 minutes early to fill out the proper forms. Class space is limited. $10 per class.

Yoga Foundations - Beginner level Hatha class. Slow moving with an emphasis on mastering each pose. Great for brand new beginners.

Beginner Yoga - Beginner level Hatha/Vinyasa style class (depending on attendees). A blend of holding poses and slow flows. Geared toward those with limited yoga experience.

Yoga Flow - Level 1 (beginner) Vinyasa class. Lots of movement with a focus on linking poses with the breath.
